Asko Mononen has 20+ years of business development experience around technology, competence development and knowledge intensive companies. He has led consulting and technology teams and participated in all user-driven IT development and deployment phases.

Asko is working at Laurea university of applied sciences and heading project-based learning environment focusing on digital projects Digital Living Lab. He is also conducting selected consulting and training cases via his company Nose Knows Ltd and partner company Tamora Oy.

Currently, Asko is finishing his dissertation at National Defence University of Finland. Asko’s research interests are Industry 4.0, emerging and disruptive technologies, artificial intelligence, 21st-century skills, technology education, and project-based learning.
